Thursday Hook-in

Yeah, they did show up and this was what was left of the brownies. They were so good. Here is the recipe.

CHEESECAKE BROWNIES

1 pkg. 650 gm Brownie mix
1 plg 250 gm Cream Cheese -softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Prepare Brownie mix as directed on package. Spread in a greased 13 x 9 pan.

Mix Cream Cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add egg: mix well. pour over brownie mixture; swirl with knife. Sprinkle with chips.

Bake at 350 F for 35 to 40 minutes or until cream cheese mixture is lightly browned. cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares. and enjoy!!!!

    I made cheesecake brownies last week for our hook in. Mine didn't look as good as yours but they were definitely tastey if I do say so myself!
