Ah, the proverbial 'Calm before the storm' picture. Let's see what tomorrow will bring. Weather forecast says 10-20cm. for us. Sounds like a great day for hooking.
Organized my WOOL WALL today. This shows part of my wool stash. I bought these great little baskets at Dollarama for $2. each. Gotta love them. I used them for all those little balls of odds and ends. The Wool I have on the wall are the ones I want to do some projects out of in the next few months. The rest of my stash is in 2 Rubbermaid Totes. I think I have a wool ADDICTION!!!!
Toodles,
Melaine:-)
I wish my wool wall looked as organized as yours! What a great shelf!

Wool addiction is fairly common, I understand. I don't know of any self-help groups, but I do know that people go to great lengths to guard their stash. ;-) I love your stash wall!

The Dollarama baskets look great. I love that store.
ReplyDeleteIt,s amazing what you can find at the Dollar store. Your wool cupboard looks so well organized.
ReplyDeleteMy wool addiction is wool fabric. I buy mostly second hand from the Value Village store. I got most of my baskets from there. JB
Love your wool wall....storm on the way...get out your hooking!
ReplyDeleteMelaine, this must be the wall unit your father-in-law did for you some time ago? It is gorgeous...Please don't come around my place while I am hooking....if you intend to come by, give me two days notice, will you??? LOL!!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone for the lovely comments on my wool wall. Anne, I'll let you know when I am coming, lol. Julia, I have another pantry cupboard full of wool fabric. I too love the thrift stores. If you get a chance check out the Sally Ann Thrift store on Carling Ave., Ottawa, call ahead, they usually have a 50% off day once a week. Great finds there.
ReplyDeleteThanks Melaine. I'll see if my daughter can take me over there when she feels a bit stronger. She's still pretty sore.JB
