This cheesecake is the fastest and easiest one you will ever make. No baking... if guests show up unexpectedly, you can have this on the table by the time tea or coffee is done!!
1 block of cream cheese
1/4 cup of sugar
1 cup of frozen Cool whip (1/2 small tub)
1 graham pie crust shell.
Blend cream cheese and sugar. mix in cool whip. Spread into pie shell. Add toppings of your choice.
Mine was done with bakeapples - a berry common to parts of Newfoundland, sometimes called cloudberry.
Refrigerate..... if there is anything left, lol
